Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Coordinator / Supervisor to manage day-to-day coordination at our project sites.

This is not a physical or technical role — your primary responsibility will be communication, coordination, and basic site monitoring to ensure smooth operations.

Whether you’re from a BBA, BTech, or any background — if you can communicate well and handle people effectively, we’re happy to train you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities between workers, contractors, and internal teams
• Act as the main point of contact between client representatives and the company
• Ensure workers follow basic safety protocols (PPE, site discipline, etc.)
• Monitor labor attendance (check-in / check-out)
• Maintain basic site records and updates
• Share daily progress reports with management/CEO
• Ensure work is progressing as planned and report any issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Good coordination and people-handling ability
• Responsible, punctual, and consistent
• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required
• Basic understanding of site environments is a plus (but not mandatory)

Work Details

• 🕒 Working Days: 5–6 days per week (Depends on Project)
• ⏰ Timings: Standard daytime working hours (site-based)
• 📍 Location: On-site (Sharjah & nearby areas)
• 🚫 No physical labor required
