Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Patient Coordinator role located at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, effectively communicating with patients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role requires ensuring a seamless experience for all patients while assisting in administrative and receptionist duties to support the smooth functioning of the hospital.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk and greeting patients
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare-related administrative tasks
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field is preferred
Salary Range :- From 7000 AED
