We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter / Headhunter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts across the European market. This is not a role for those who rely on active applicants or job board postings; we need a relentless, proactive hunter who thrives on navigating the passive market.
The ideal candidate is an expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic, possessing the grit and resourcefulness to track down, engage, and secure high-demand technical professionals that others simply cannot find. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle—from the initial “hunt” to the final candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Headhunting: Execute high-intensity sourcing and outreach strategies, maintaining a rigorous pace of approximately 100 profile evaluations per day to uncover the top 1% of talent.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and nurture sustainable talent pools for “hard-to-fill” roles within Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
- Advanced Market Mapping: Go beyond traditional job boards by leveraging cutting-edge technology and discrete outreach techniques to penetrate the passive candidate market.
- Rigorous Vetting: Conduct a comprehensive 3-stage candidate assessment, including mock interviews and technical evaluations, to uphold our “Quality over Quantity” commitment.
- Stakeholder Management: Deliver refined, top-tier shortlists and provide consultative insights to our recruitment partners regarding market trends and candidate expectations.

Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Headhunter, specifically within Western markets (UK, Europe, or North America).
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the skills required for Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Cybersecurity.
- Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings; you should be a “power user” of the platform.
- Agency Pedigree: You must have direct experience working within an RPO, staffing agency, or headhunting firm.
- Communication Excellence: High fluency in English with the ability to build rapport, influence high-level technical talent, and “sell” the opportunity.
- Operational Agility: Ability to manage multiple priority roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-performance environment.
