Senior Business Development Specialist Full Time NEW

Job Purpose

The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for providing Azadea with a strategic perspective through the conduct of business research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and establish contact with targeted companies to expand the brand portfolio with new lines of business, following the company’s needs and guidelines.
• Coordinate with mall management to obtain approval for new concepts.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research and survey to support strategic and business planning.
• Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities, involving the planning and assignment of tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training, and relaying the team’s requests to the hierarchy.
• Collaborate with the financial team on brand adoption, including margin files and profit-loss projections, to decide on the expansion or termination of business partners.
• Prepare internal work programs to implement the approved business strategy.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in Retail/Fashion, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office
