What You Will Own
- Full P&L management (weekly + MTD)
- COGS, inventory, and wastage tracking (production + finished goods)
- 30-day rolling cashflow forecasting
- Channel profitability (Retail, Website, Marketplaces)
- Accounts Receivable / Payable tracking and collections visibility
- Month-end closing and reporting accuracy
- Building structured dashboards inside
- Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)
- Clean, accurate MTD P&L delivered weekly
- Clear visibility on margins by channel and product
- Inventory valuation aligned with production reality
- Wastage tracked and reduced
- Cashflow visibility with no surprises
- Finance systems structured and reliable
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3–5+ years experience in FMCG / manufacturing finance
- Strong understanding of:
- COGS and production costing
- Inventory flows and wastage
- Margin analysis
- Hands-on experience with Zoho systems (Books / Inventory preferred)
- Proven ability to clean and structure messy financial data
- Advanced Excel / reporting skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
