Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Presales Engineer. The role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries. The Technical Presales Engineer will be responsible for designing and presenting technical solutions, supporting proposal development, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

• Proficiency in providing technical expertise, addressing customer inquiries, and performing detailed product demonstrations.

• Experience in developing technical presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools, systems, or software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, communication
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage time efficiently.
• Minimum 5 years of experience are required .

• Preparing technical proposals that explain the proposed solutions and their implementation.
• Collaborating with sales teams to explain the technical advantages of the proposed solutions and persuade customers of their merits.
• Preparing and continuously updating technical design documents.
• Ensuring that the provided solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and company policies.
• Testing technical solutions before delivery to customers to ensure their quality and effectiveness.
• Providing technical support during project implementation and after delivery.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the field of communications and proposing advanced solutions.
• Coordinating with suppliers and technical partners to develop integrated solutions.
• Preparing periodic reports on ongoing projects and implemented solutions and submitting them to management.
