Role Description

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical documents in alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of architectural designs.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier submissions for compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and solutions to site teams during construction phases.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration.
• Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and material submittals.
• Ensure adherence to international standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience in the construction field.
• Previous experience in construction companies is a must.
• Strong experience in Architectural Technical Office works.
• Excellent knowledge of Shop Drawings preparation and review.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other related software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Government university graduates are preferred.
