Black Pearl is partnering with a leading organization in the UAE within the hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle sector to recruit a Senior IT Project Manager.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully led complex digital transformation and system implementation projects, particularly within hospitality, golf, or customer experience-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Governance
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects across operations, finance, marketing, and IT
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures
• Drive project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and enforce best practices
• Manage change control processes, ensuring proper approvals and documentation
• Coordinate architecture and integration reviews for new systems
Systems Implementation
• Oversee full lifecycle implementation of systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, Tee Sheet systems, and ERP integrations
• Manage integrations with mobile applications, loyalty platforms, and third-party solutions
• Supervise data migration, UAT testing, and post-go-live support
• Monitor system performance and lead continuous enhancements
Change Management & Adoption
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure user adoption
• Conduct impact assessments and training needs analysis
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and training programs
• Act as a change champion across departments
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the key point of contact between business teams, IT, and external vendors
• Engage with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders on project progress and risks
• Ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic direction
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing transformation projects in the GCC region
• Preferred Experience
• Exposure to hospitality, leisure, or golf industry systems
• Experience with ERP integrations, CRM, loyalty platforms, or digital experience systems
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer experience platforms
Key Skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
