Site Engineer Finishing & Structural (Immediate) Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Site Engineer specializing in Finishing and Structural works. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensure quality control on all structural and finishing operations, and coordinate effectively with the project team. The individual will also monitor project progress, ensure compliance with architectural blueprints and safety protocols, and report directly to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of on-site operations and management practices
• Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to international standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in reading and implementing architectural and structural plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects is highly advantageous
• Commitment to ensuring safety standards and meeting project deadlines
