Role Description

This full-time on-site Screener role is based in Qesm El Moqattam. The Screener will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and categorizing incoming information to ensure proper follow-up or escalation as required. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data accuracy, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, documenting findings, and maintaining records efficiently. The position also requires collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to evaluate and categorize information effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or preferred languages.
• Proficiency in data entry and management tools; basic technical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Qesm El Moqatam and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, screening processes, or related fields is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data processing or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
