This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods. Daily tasks include designing unique recipes, ensuring high-quality presentation and consistency in all products, managing ingredients and inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment. Collaborating with team members and adhering to sanitary and health standards are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Pastry Preparation techniques
Strong expertise in Cooking and general Food Preparation processes
Possession of advanced Culinary Skills with a creative flair for innovative recipes
Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene protocols
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience in menu planning and inventory management is a plus
Previous experience in a pastry or bakery role is preferred
Certificate or diploma in Baking, Pastry Arts, or a related culinary field is an advantage
