Job Description
Develop and follow up on product samples with the sampling team
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality departments
Calculate product cost and suggest cost optimization solutions
Ensure product meets quality standards and customer requirements
Follow up on production trials and resolve technical issues
Develop and manage a sample tracking sheet to monitor all product samples and their status.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Textile Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field
Two to five years of experience in the home textiles industry (preferably bed linens/towels)
Understanding of textile production processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to analyze costs and optimize material use
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
