Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Expert role located in Dubai. The Sales Expert will be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and assisting clients in identifying their needs. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, recommending suitable products, and creating positive customer experiences to meet sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Expert will provide detailed product information, process sales transactions efficiently, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and a passion for enhancing the Customer Experience in small electronics appliances: vacuums, coffee-machines is a must Experience in Retail Sales and Sales operations with a goal-oriented mindset Strong Communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers Proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets consistently Previous experience in a similar customer or sales-focused role is beneficial Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
