About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive our fixed-income business development. In this role, your primary focus will be on acquiring High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and building tailored fixed-income portfolios that meet their yield and capital preservation goals. If you have a strong network, a proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of debt markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively prospect, onboard, and manage relationships with HNW individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.
• Portfolio Construction: Design, build, and manage bespoke fixed-income portfolios (including sovereign bonds, corporate debt, and Sukuk) aligned with client risk profiles and investment objectives.
• Advisory & Sales: Pitch fixed-income products and yield-generating strategies to clients, translating complex macroeconomic data into clear, actionable investment advice.
• Client Retention: Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients, providing market updates, performance reports, and strategic rebalancing recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed-income sales, wealth management, or private banking with a proven track record of AUM growth.
• Client Network: An established book of business or a strong, active network of HNW clients is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of fixed-income instruments, credit quality, yield curves, and portfolio allocation strategies.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a target-driven mindset.
