Project Lead Full Time NEW

As Project Lead for Visioneers, you will own the end-to-end delivery of flagship, multi-brand initiatives — coordinating across our portfolio including New Media Academy, ArabCast, Wasl, Al Mal Channel, and Emirates Loves.

This is a high-visibility role sitting within the Business Development function, supporting the commercial pipeline and ensuring that won mandates are delivered to the standard that retains and grows client relationships.

What You’ll Own

• Lead group-wide projects from scoping and resource planning through to final delivery and client sign-off, across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Act as the single point of accountability between institutional clients (government entities, ministries, strategic partners), internal brand teams, and external vendors
• Build and maintain master project plans and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
• Manage project budgets end-to-end, including milestone tracking, PO issuance, and vendor payment coordination with Finance and Procurement
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across content, production, creator, and digital teams — removing blockers and escalating risks proactively
• Represent Visioneers in client-facing project governance meetings with professionalism and cultural fluency

Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in media, creative, events, or government communications
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with institutional or government clients in the UAE
• Confident operating in ambiguity — able to build structure where none exists
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); bilingual client communication is a daily requirement
• Proficient in project management tools; comfortable with Microsoft tools and software
