Job Summary

KoraStats is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities. This internship offers a practical learning experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, with exposure to high-volume and mass hiring operations.

Paid Internship with opportunity for a Full-Time contract based on performance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Support CV screening and organizing candidate pipelines.
• Help coordinate interviews, walk-in applicants, and hiring events.
• Communicate with candidates to confirm interview schedules and follow up when needed.
• Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers or ATS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and summaries.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation collection.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and online tools.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
