We’re Hiring: Senior Head of Product Development (AI Travel Startup | KSA)

We are building an AI-powered travel platform designed to redefine how people discover, plan, and book their journeys. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Head of Product Development to lead our product vision and execution from MVP to market leadership.

Role Overview:

The Senior Head of Product Development will own the end-to-end product strategy, driving innovation through AI-powered experiences while aligning closely with business goals and customer needs. This role is central to shaping a world-class, scalable travel platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Establish and track OKRs and north-star metrics to measure success
• Lead the development of AI-driven features (recommendation engines, content generation, personalization)
• Integrate AI across search, itineraries, and overall user experience
• Own the full product lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to launch and iteration
• Deliver MVPs quickly and scale based on performance insights
• Manage supplier onboarding and partnerships to expand inventory and offerings
• Drive user growth, engagement, and retention through product initiatives
• Monitor key KPIs (LTV, conversion rates, downloads, etc.)
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design)
• Build operational processes, SLAs, and workflows across teams
• Develop and manage strategic external partnerships
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation across product and growth
• Use data, customer insights, and market research to prioritize features

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Product Management or Product Leadership
• Strong experience building AI-powered products or digital platforms
• Proven track record scaling products from MVP to growth stage
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams
