Execute and oversee complex foreign procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of imported materials, spare parts, and equipment. Responsible for handling supplier negotiations, monitoring international shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations. Supports the function by providing technical expertise and resolving escalated procurement issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site mechanical works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.
Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth site progress.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site to ensure efficiency.
Attend technical and coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare daily progress reports and update site activities to the MEP Manage,
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
0-2 years of experience in mechanical site execution within MEP projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial).
Solid knowledge of HVAC, and firefighting systems
