Mechanical QC Engineer Full Time NEW

Responsibilities

• Review codes specifications, and processes
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
• Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Monitor raised NCRs (Nonconforming reports) at site
• Follow up the QMTS reporting given by Quality engineers at site
• Monitor the RFI and RMI (Request for Inspection).
• Record quality control maintenance cases between contractor and SEC
• Follow up the site instructions given by SEC at site.
• Inspect all the materials received at site and assuring the quality of it as according to the PO
• Monitor the MIRN.
• Provide and review monthly QMTS report
• Submit QMS Process (Dashboard, manpower, Reports) monthly.
• Support the quality engineers in providing administration information.
• Provide, Collect, and review the PQP
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Perform the required inspections as per the approved ITP “Inspection Test Plan”.
• Attend all inspections with client/contractor representatives.
• Ensure on-time processing of non-conforming components.
• Implement quality control systems, and determining corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Perform Mechanical infrastructure (plumbing – firefighting – HVAC).
• Prepare reports on the quality level of the executed works and the percentages of implementation of the works being implemented.
• Create and archive quality documentation for database maintaining and quality certifications.
• Quality control of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates).
• Inspection, testing, and reporting (NCRs, DQRs).
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and codes.
• Skilled in inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.
• High attention to detail and defect detection.
• Proficient in QA/QC reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication Skills.
• Ability to write reports.
• Strong analytical skill
