Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Survey Manager to lead and manage surveying activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Survey Manager, leading survey teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in surveying equipment, including GPS, Total Station, and levelling instruments.
• Advanced proficiency in surveying and design software, such as: Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, ArcGIS.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all surveying activities for road and bridge construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to deliver accurate and reliable data for project planning.
• Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software, such as GPS and CAD, to conduct precise measurements and create detailed project plans that meet client specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to align surveying efforts with project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct field surveys and inspections to assess project sites, identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on surveying findings, including data analysis and recommendations, to stakeholders and clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment, implementing best practices for equipment management to guarantee optimal performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement surveying protocols and procedures that align with company policies and industry best practices, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
