Role Purpose

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects. The role requires strong expertise in project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Royal Commission (RC) standards. The candidate must have a proven track record in managing complex projects within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team throughout the lifecycle of project.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to close-out
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with Royal Commission (RC) standards and industrial regulations
• Oversee design management, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Monitor project performance (cost, schedule, quality) using tools such as Primavera P6
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company QMS procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of total experience
• Minimum 8+ years in Project Management roles
• Proven experience in industrial and manufacturing projects (mandatory)
• Strong experience with Royal Commission (RC) projects (mandatory)
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
