Maintain good relationships and provide high quality service to existing project customers and attend to customers complaints and maintain Customer Relationship Management Database.
To support in developing contractors team with Loyal paint contractor s programme and close follow up with stake holders like Contractors, Clients, Consultants & Architects.
Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service and Liaise with the Project market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to Projects.
