We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our mortgage operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the mortgage advisory team to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory compliance.

1. Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the mortgage portfolio by identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, real estate developers, and other financial institutions to offer a wide range of mortgage options to clients.

1. Client Advisory:

• Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options, repayment plans, and financing strategies tailored to their needs.
• Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the mortgage process, terms, and conditions.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all mortgage operations comply with UAE laws and Central Bank regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in mortgage regulations and ensure the team adheres to them.

1. Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and present reports on mortgage performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.

1. Process Optimization:

• Streamline the mortgage application and approval process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues related to loan processing and approval.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in mortgage management, banking, or real estate in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage laws, banking regulations, and financial products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and mortgage software is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
