About the Role

King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking a Contract Management professional to manage and oversee all aspects of contract management across the organization. The role is responsible for contract development, review, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. It also supports procurement planning and supplier management to enable efficient and compliant service delivery aligned with KSIADC’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract policies, guidelines, and standard templates
• Draft, review, and standardize contracts in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide contract drafting support to internal stakeholders across the organization
• Review and finalize contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests
• Monitor contract execution and address any compliance or performance issues
• Provide advice and guidance on contract-related matters and risks
• Identify contract risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions
• Support contract negotiations and manage contract amendments and variations
• Maintain accurate records of all contract changes, scope, and budget updates
• Manage end-to-end contract closure, including final reviews and obligations release
• Develop and implement procurement planning frameworks and tools
• Oversee supplier selection and evaluation aligned with business needs
• Ensure compliance of contracts and purchase orders with internal and external regulations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve procurement delays and ensure service delivery
• Support team development and ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree is preferred for senior roles

Experience

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and closure
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and risk mitigation
• Experience in large-scale projects or infrastructure environments is preferred
