The main role of the Digital Performance Executive is to manage, optimize, and report on paid digital campaigns and performance activities for Intoact brands, including Intoact and Elie Sarkis, as well as for client accounts.
The Digital Performance Executive is responsible for planning and executing Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital campaigns, monitoring their performance closely, improving results and return on investment, and supporting client communication and reporting.
This role also includes regular coordination with clients, participation in meetings, performance reporting, campaign planning, and working closely with the creative and content teams to ensure that campaign messaging and content support the business objectives.
The Digital Performance Executive is not responsible for preparing content calendars, blogs, or day-to-day social media posting. These activities are handled by the Digital Marketing Coordinator. However, the role requires providing strategic direction on what type of content is needed to support performance campaigns and lead generation.
The ideal person for this role should be analytical, performance-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and clients.
Digital Performance Executive Responsibilities
1. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms for:
o Intoact
o Elie Sarkis
o Client accounts
2. Develop monthly campaign plans and paid media strategies aligned with sales, lead generation, and brand objectives.
3. Monitor campaign performance daily and take proactive actions to improve: Cost per lead, Conversion rate, Return on ad spend, Click-through rate, Lead quality
4. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Creative team to provide clear campaign briefs, messaging direction, and content recommendations required for campaign success.
5. Develop and manage retargeting, lead nurturing, and funnel-based campaign strategies.
6. Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss Campaign performance, Recommendations, Next steps, Opportunities for improvement
7. Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clients and internal brands, including: Key KPIs, Analysis of performance, Recommendations and action plans
8. Support the development of content strategy and campaign direction by identifying: Required content types, Offers, Funnel stages, Messaging angles
9. Work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to improve the performance of client accounts and Intoact brands.
10. Manage and optimize automation workflows on specific platforms to support lead generation and nurturing.
11. Build, optimize, and manage landing pages to improve campaign conversion and lead capture.
12. Analyze website and landing page performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, or similar tools.
13. Work to improve: Website conversion rate, Bounce rate, Average time on site, Lead quality
14. Coordinate with developers or external partners regarding technical issues affecting campaign or website performance.
15. Monitor competitors, trends, and platform changes, and propose new ideas and tests regularly.
16. Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars, lead magnets, launches, and sales campaigns when needed.
17. Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal team members.
Digital Performance Executive Requirements
1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
2. Strong hands-on experience with: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus
3. Good understanding of: Lead generation, Funnels, Conversion optimization, Retargeting, Landing page strategy
4. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
5. Experience preparing reports and presenting campaign performance to clients or management.
6. Experience participating in client meetings and managing client communication professionally.
7. Strong understanding of digital content strategy and ability to guide content based on campaign objectives.
8. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
9. Experience with WordPress and landing page creation.
10. Basic understanding of SEO principles and how SEO supports overall campaign performance.
11. Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
