Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Workplace & Patch Management Specialist to own and manage the organization’s workstation and server environment. This role is responsible for ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant through effective patching strategies and vulnerability-driven remediation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all end-user workstations and servers across the organization
* Plan, schedule, and execute patch deployment across environments
* Define and enforce SLA-driven patching cycles (critical, high, medium, low)
* Implement risk-based patching aligned with vulnerability severity and exposure
* Monitor patch compliance and generate regular reporting dashboards
* Work closely with security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities
* Ensure minimal business disruption through controlled patch rollouts
* Maintain documentation for patching processes, schedules, and policies
* Support audits and compliance requirements related to system updates
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in endpoint and server management
* Proven expertise in patch management processes and tools
* Solid understanding of SLA-based patching and scheduling strategies
* Hands-on experience with vulnerability-based (risk-driven) patching
* Familiarity with leading patching technologies (e.g., WSUS, SCCM, Intune, or similar tools)
* Ability to analyze risk and prioritize remediation effectively
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Work Setup
* Remote role, with occasional visits to client sites as required
