Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Collection Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves responsibilities such as collecting and managing financial and customer-related data, ensuring accurate reporting of outstanding debts, assisting with cash collection processes, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will provide support in addressing customer service inquiries and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance and its principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data management tools and standard office software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
