- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and reliable
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communicator (clear, confident, and professional)
- Proactive & takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- Comfortable stepping outside their role and owning tasks
