We are hiring a Head of Information Security for AX Coin, part of the Nasdaq-listed AlloyX Group (AXG), based in Bahrain.
This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on security expert who understands how to operate at the intersection of digital assets, stablecoins, and next-generation financial infrastructure.
AX Coin is building a regulated, institution-grade digital asset platform, and security sits at the core of everything we do. We are looking for someone who can design, build, and execute a robust security framework across our blockchain infrastructure, platforms, and data environments.
Key focus areas include:
* End-to-end security architecture across cloud, applications, and infrastructure
* Digital asset and stablecoin security including wallets, custody, and key management
* Smart contract security, audits, and vulnerability management
* DevSecOps and secure product development
* AI and Web3 security risks and controls
* Regulatory alignment with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and global standards
* Incident response, monitoring, and operational resilience
* Third-party and ecosystem security across partners and integrations
This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a strong balance of technical depth and execution capability. We are not looking for a purely advisory profile — this is a builder role for someone who has hands-on experience securing digital asset platforms at scale.
Ideal candidates will bring:
* 8–10 years in information security with strong execution experience
* Proven background in crypto, blockchain, or stablecoin environments
* Deep understanding of cloud, application, and infrastructure security
* Experience working in regulated financial environments
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
