Palomba General Trading LLC, an international trading and business development company active in natural ingredients, botanical extracts, flavours, and solutions for the food, pharma, and cosmetic industries, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager with a strong strategic and operational mindset.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in supporting the company’s growth across Europe and the Middle East.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will take full ownership of the company’s financial structure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and strategic alignment with business expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee financial controlling and performance analysis (KPIs, margins, cost structure)
• Supervise accounting, financial reporting, and international compliance
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners
• Structure trade finance operations and credit facilities
• Optimize international tax structures (EU / UAE / GCC)
• Support business development with financial insights, pricing strategies, and investment analysis
• Implement and improve ERP systems and financial processes
• Manage financial and currency risk exposure
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisors

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a high-level professional with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or international certifications are a plus)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in senior finance roles
• Background in food, pharma, cosmetic, or trading industries
• Strong knowledge of international accounting and multi-jurisdictional tax frameworks
• Proven experience in Middle East / GCC markets is highly preferred
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, or German are a strong advantage)

• Salary range: EUR 120,000 – 200,000 per year (depending on experience)
