Role Overview
The AI & Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and support scalable business outcomes. This role focuses on translating business needs into intelligent solutions, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and continuous optimization of AI and automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions across business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop machine learning models, AI algorithms, and automation workflows.
• Create clear technical documentation, including solution architecture and process designs.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions into existing systems, tools, and workflows.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful adoption.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Strong data analysis and data preparation skills.
• Experience in AI/ML model development and automation tools (e.g., RPA).
• Ability to design scalable, business-oriented AI solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation within a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications (RPA, AI/ML, PMP) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of programming, networking fundamentals, and technologies such as Java, XML, HTML.
• Fluency in English is required.
