We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our talent acquisition operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions while supporting business growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead and develop the recruitment team to achieve performance targets
- Manage bulk hiring requirements as well as specialized roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of hiring needs
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across local and international markets
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates in line with client expectations
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment within the manpower/staffing industry
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in GCC recruitment and visa processing
