Architectural Draughtsman Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that align with project specifications to support successful project completion. Responsibilities:
– Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
– Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and incorporate feedback into accurate drawings.
– Review and update drawings as necessary throughout project phases to reflect design changes.
– Coordinate with other draughtsmen and construction teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation.
– Maintain comprehensive records of drawings and revisions, ensuring easy accessibility for project stakeholders.
– Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentations related to architectural designs.

– Proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsman within the construction industry, preferably with projects in the UAE or similar markets.
– Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent architectural design tools.
– Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
– Attention to detail and precision in preparing drawings and technical documents.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
– Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
– Knowledge of local UAE construction regulations and standards is highly desirable.
