Junior Creative Video Editor Full Time

Location: Irbid, Jordan (On-site)

About the Role: At CMS Marketing Agency, we are looking for a “Rising Talent” in video editing. If you are at the beginning of your professional journey but possess an artistic eye and the ability to deliver clean, high-quality work that clients take pride in, you are exactly who we’re looking for. We value the “Final Result” far more than the number of years on your resume.

What You Will Do:

• Edit videos with a creative storytelling approach.
• Use Photoshop to process images and prepare visual elements within videos.
• Perform Color Grading to give the work a professional, cinematic touch.
• Collaborate in setting up filming locations and understanding lighting distribution.

Requirements (What you should bring):

• A Portfolio of previous work that showcases your artistic taste (even if they are personal projects).
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and basics of After Effects.
• A basic understanding of cinematography and lighting rules (even if theoretical and you’re eager to apply it practically).
• A “Coachability” mindset: Someone with the patience to refine a video until it reaches the level of perfection our clients expect.
