Estimation Engineer (Estimation Manager)

We are looking for a highly skilled Tendering and Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate, competitive tenders and cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects. You will lead the estimation process, develop competitive pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

What You Will Do:

•Prepare detailed and accurate proposals for project tenders based on client requirements and specifications.

•Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications, labor, material, and equipment requirements.

•Analyze pricing data, including subcontractor quotations and vendor proposals, to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.

•Perform risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns, delays, or other project risks during the estimation process.

•Prepare financial breakdowns, including margin analysis and budget forecasts, for senior management review.

•Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure all documents meet contractual, regulatory, and client standards.

•Develop the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan and arrange insurance for all projects.

What We Are Looking For:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

•Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal management, particularly in the engineering or construction industry.

•Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Candy.

•Language: Fluent English language is a must.

•Competencies: Excellent time management, decision-making, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
