Job Title: Proprietary Trader / Fund Manager (Remote)

Compensation: USD $2,000–$3,500 per month +
Performance Bonus up to USD $35,000 per quarter
About the Role
We are seeking disciplined, performance-driven, and highly analytical professionals to join our team as Proprietary Traders / Fund Managers. In this role, you will trade and manage company capital across financial markets while following structured risk parameters and internal performance objectives.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow within a high-performance environment focused on consistency, capital preservation, and scalable returns.
All shortlisted candidates will begin with an Evaluation Phase, where trading discipline, risk management, and profitability will be assessed. Full details of the evaluation process will be discussed during the second round of the onboarding process.
Freshers Welcome
Candidates without prior trading experience are also encouraged to apply if they have a strong passion to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the trading industry.
Selected freshers with the right mindset, discipline, and commitment will receive structured training and mentorship to develop their market knowledge, trading psychology, and risk management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade company-funded accounts using approved strategies across financial markets.
- Manage risk responsibly while maintaining consistency in returns.
- Execute trades with discipline, precision, and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, technical setups, macro events, and trading opportunities.
- Maintain accurate trading journals and performance records.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly profit/risk targets.
- Adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
- Protect company capital through strict drawdown management.
- Collaborate with management regarding performance reviews and capital scaling opportunities.
Evaluation Phase
Shortlisted candidates must complete an internal evaluation before receiving full capital allocation. This phase is designed to assess:
- Risk management discipline
- Consistency of returns
- Trading psychology and emotional control
- Strategy execution
- Ability to follow rules and targets
Detailed terms will be shared with selected candidates during the second onboarding round.
Requirements
- Passion for financial markets, trading, and performance-driven careers.
- Strong discipline, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset with good decision-making ability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong commitment to following systems and risk rules.
- Prior experience in trading is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Forex, indices, commodities, crypto, equities, or derivatives.
- Prior prop firm, hedge fund, or asset management experience.
- Strong technical or quantitative trading strategies.
- Familiarity with trading journals and performance analytics.
Compensation & Benefits
