**About the Role**
We are looking for reliable and motivated delivery couriers to join our logistics team, handling daily parcel deliveries for Shein and Temu across Kuwait. Two compensation plans are available depending on your situation.
**Compensation Plans**
**Option 1 — Own Vehicle**
Earn **0.400 fils per successful delivery**. You provide your own car, fuel, and maintenance.
Estimated monthly earnings: **KD 400** (based on 1,000 deliveries/month)
**Option 2 — Company Vehicle**
Earn **0.300 fils per successful delivery**. A company car is provided; fuel and maintenance are the driver’s responsibility.
Estimated monthly earnings: **KD 300** (based on 1,000 deliveries/month)
**Key Details**
- Daily shipments: 50 to 70 parcels
- Monthly delivery target: 1,000 shipments
- Working days: 28 days per month
- Employment type: Full-time
**Requirements**
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and areas
- Smartphone proficiency (delivery app usage)
- Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
- Previous delivery experience is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Collect daily parcel batch from the hub (50–70 shipments)
- Deliver orders to customers on time and in good condition
- Confirm deliveries through the company app
- Follow up on failed or rescheduled deliveries
- Maintain professional conduct with customers at all times
