Job Title: Systems, CRM & AI Operations Specialist

Role Overview
RealCO is hiring a hands-on operator to manage the systems layer behind sales, marketing, and day-to-day business execution.
This is not a pure IT support role and not a pure marketing role. It sits in the middle — owning:
* CRM hygiene
* Workflow automation
* Internal systems reliability
* Lead-routing logic
* Reporting structure
* AI-assisted operational execution
The right person turns messy business needs into clean, working systems — fast.
Key Responsibilities
1) Systems & Internal Operations
* Manage day-to-day IT and systems operations across the company
* Maintain devices, accounts, permissions, connectivity, backups, and basic internal security
* Troubleshoot system issues quickly and ensure reliability of internal tools
* Support setup and maintenance of the company’s core operating stack
2) CRM & Lead Operations
* Own CRM structure, hygiene, and day-to-day administration
* Build and maintain automations for:
* Lead routing
* Follow-ups
* Reminders
* Assignments
* Status tracking
* Ensure leads are properly captured, consistently updated, and visible across all stages
* Improve dashboards, reporting flows, and operational visibility
3) AI Workflow Execution
* Use AI tools to accelerate operations, reporting, and workflow execution
* Convert AI outputs into usable business assets such as:
* CRM workflows
* Lead management automations
* Reporting structures
* Listing/process support outputs
* SOPs and internal systems
* Standardize repeatable processes for speed and consistency
4) Marketing Systems & Tracking Support
* Support technical setup behind lead generation activities
* Manage tracking logic across:
* Ad platforms
* Landing pages
* CRM integrations
* Conversion tracking
* Identify and fix breaks between:
* Campaigns
* Lead capture
* Follow-up
* Reporting
* Ensure performance data is accurate and usable
5) Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
* Maintain clean and structured operational data
* Produce reports on:
* Lead flow
* Response times
* Conversion stages
* System performance
* Identify inefficiencies, broken workflows, and manual bottlenecks
* Recommend and implement practical improvements
Requirements:
* 3–5 years experience in:
* Systems operations
* CRM administration
* Automation
* Technical business operations
* Strong hands-on experience with CRM workflows and automation
* Comfortable with IT troubleshooting and internal systems management
* Familiar with lead generation environments, tracking, and reporting
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
* Practical user of AI tools (not just prompting — implementation mindset)
