Senior Store Operative – Tryano, Yas Mall (Emiratization) Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative operations:
• Track permits (status, pending items, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Handle store-related logistics and documentation
• Maintain strong communication:
• Professional email communication with stakeholders
• Liaising with mall management and internal admin teams
• Support store coordination:
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns/events
• Track operational tasks and updates
• Own and maintain trackers and reporting:
• Excel-based tracking (permits, suppliers, admin tasks)

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Strong communication skills (especially email)
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple admin tasks simultaneously
• Strong in basic Excel
• Emirati Passport + National Book Holders
