Role Description

This is a full-time Information Technology Recruiter role based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also stay up-to-date on market trends and talent acquisition best practices to improve hiring processes and attract top IT talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting processes
• Experience in IT Recruitment and understanding of technical positions and skill sets
• Strong Hiring and general Recruiting abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Capacity to adapt quickly to changing job requirements and deadlines
• Prior experience in recruitment within the IT sector in Abu Dhabi, or the Middle East, is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
