Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies. This hybrid role requires presence in the Riyadh Region, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing creative projects, managing marketing initiatives, driving brand strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creativity and have strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Expertise in Creative Strategy and Creative Direction to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns
• Proficiency in Marketing and Branding to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Comprehensive understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Experience working in both in-office and remote environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in a creative or marketing management role is preferred
