Responsibilities
- Have proven experience in Dubai real estate (rentals preferred)
- Understand Dubai communities, pricing trends, and tenant expectations
- Should be confident managing your own pipeline and negotiations
- Communicate professionally and build trust quickly with clients
- Are motivated, target‑driven, and committed to delivering results
- Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Advise clients on market conditions and rental procedures
- Maintain an active pipeline of properties and clients
- Negotiate and close rental agreements
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ of sales experience
- Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
- Strong communication skills
