Hiring: Specialist – Quality Assurance (Operations)

About the Role
NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced dairy companies in the Middle East, is looking for a talented Specialist – Quality Assurance (Ops) to support quality assurance activities across operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections and testing, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, sampling, and testing of materials and products
- Support investigations, CAPA, and resolution of quality issues
- Maintain QA documentation, records, and reports
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Collaborate with Operations and cross‑functional teams
- Support supplier evaluations and equipment calibration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in QA/QC or operational quality roles
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and documentation
- Proficiency in English & Arabic and Microsoft Office
