Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive shop drawings, including reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, wall finishes, and joinery details.
Quantity Surveying: Execute accurate take-offs for finishing materials and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Site Coordination: Provide technical support to the site team to resolve any architectural discrepancies and ensure implementation matches the approved drawings.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven track record in Interior Fit-out and Finishing ( 3-7 years).
Experience specialized in finishing & fit-out projects.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD & Microsoft office software.
Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of finishing materials (marble, wood, glass, fabrics, coatings) and their installation techniques.
Precision: Exceptional eye for detail regarding dimensions, tolerances, and luxury finishing standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Applied Arts.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience specifically within Interior Finishing and Fit-out projects.
Portfolio: A proven track record of delivering technical packages for high-end residential, commercial, or corporate office interiors.
Software Skills:
AutoCAD & Micorsoft Office
