Act as the primary coordination point between Project Managers and Head Office departments to ensure timely support and issue resolution.
Monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and collaborate with Supply Chain to prioritize procurement of long-lead and critical items in alignment with project schedules.
Track the submission and approval cycle of shop drawings and technical submittals to avoid delays in project execution.
Coordinate with Finance to monitor invoicing, subcontractor payments, and project cash flow in alignment with project progress.
Consolidate site progress reports into periodic dashboards highlighting KPIs, risks, delays, and performance insights for senior management.
Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks and ensure alignment across departments.
Identify potential risks related to logistics, manpower, or approvals and proactively initiate mitigation actions.
Support project planning activities including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Track project progress against plans and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and PMO governance standards.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide clear and timely project updates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
PMP or MBA is a strong plus.
7–10 years of experience in project coordination & management within the Power, Energy, or Construction sectors.
Strong proficiency in MS and experience with ERP systems (Oracle).
Familiarity with project management tools.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
