Environment Health Safety Lead Full Time NEW

We are looking for HSE / Safety Lead in Doha, Qatar.

Educational Qualification Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Engineering/ Science Stream) /Equivalent
• Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any discipline.

Technical Qualifications Minimum required:

• NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
• NEBOSH Level-6 / CSP/ NVQ Level-6/ OTHM mandatory
• OSHA-36 hours Construction Safety.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a HSEQ / SHE&S professional.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas, HSE management of engineering, construction and commissioning projects, systems completions coordination, hook up/commissioning, and start up activities in brownfield and greenfield environment.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in safety Lead role, involved in all Safety documents preparation, stewardship of various safety meetings, various report finalization including Safety investigations.
• Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas brown field experience for shutdown job.
• Experience in implementation of HSE management systems in a new project construction and start up.
• Experience in active participation of workers’ welfare programs
• Experience in providing Safety Leadership to workforce to drive proactive safety culture and Safety KPIs.
• Support knowledge in accident investigation process and methodology

Technical and Business Skills

• Good organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English with ability to produce daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
