Rowad Al-Helool is looking for a passionate and people-centric People & Culture Specialist to join our HR department. This role is dedicated to nurturing our company’s greatest asset—our people. You will focus on creating a positive workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that our culture aligns with our business growth and values.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, On-site.
• Location: Baghdad, Karrada Kharidge.
• Schedule: 6 days a week (Saturday – Thursday).
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Friday off).

Key Responsibilities

• Culture Advocacy: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
• Employee Engagement: Design and lead employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and internal events to boost morale and retention.
• Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and effectively integrated into the company culture.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain and update all HR-related documentation, employee files, and internal policies. Ensure all cultural initiatives and employee life-cycle events are accurately recorded.
• Performance Management: Support managers in the performance review process, focusing on growth, feedback, and career development pathways.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support and mediation to resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Internal Communication: Manage internal communication channels to ensure all team members are informed about company updates, policies, and cultural milestones.
• Feedback Loops: Conduct regular pulse surveys and exit interviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in the employee experience.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to showcase Rowad Al-Helool’s culture to potential candidates and the wider market.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on employee relations, culture, or organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you must be approachable and empathetic.
• A creative mindset with the ability to design innovative solutions for workplace challenges.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced software development environment.
• Fluency in English & Arabic, written and spoken.
