In this role, you will diagnose complex mechanical and technical issues across various premium and luxury vehicles, ensuring the most efficient and effective way to resolve faults. You will assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and accessories as required, and carry out repairs and maintenance across areas including the vehicle chassis, engine, electrical systems, and other related components in line with manufacturer specifications and industry best practice. You will work on different vehicle types ranging from gas-powered to electric vehicles, perform routine maintenance jobs in a timely manner, and use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and repair complex vehicle systems.
You will collaborate with internal parties to understand customer requirements, estimated costs, and timelines, and document all work performed—including detailed service records, parts used, and hours spent—according to dealership and industry standards. You will also propose methods to enhance productivity and efficiency, communicate and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties as needed, ensure all quality standards and required processes are followed at all times, and implement relevant Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) requirements. All other job-related duties will be carried out as assigned.
We at EK Kanoo are looking for a Master Technician with a Master Technician Certificate (or a relevant subject) and 4–6 years of experience—including a combination of practical experience and education—to support complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
