Bookkeeper – Level 2 Full Time NEW

• Processing and reviewing supplier invoices
• Performing vendor and bank reconciliations
• Preparing payments
• Reporting to authorities
• Assisting with month-end closing processes
• Handling additional bookkeeping tasks as needed
• The role includes ongoing work with the Priority system and responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certificate (Level 2) – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable – mandatory
• Experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory
• Good level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and excellent interpersonal skills

Location:

This is a hybrid role consisting of four onsite days and one remote day per week, with flexibility required to work from multiple office locations, including Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv, and Rosh HaAyin.
