OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role ensures the division’s top line (sales budget) is achieved in line with principal/ customer satisfaction through a motivated sales team. This second line management role leads Sales Supervisors/Sales Executives towards achieving the short to medium term multi-functional department goals. Decision making on forecasting and supply chain is done in coordination with the supply chain team
As for complex issues like setting budgets, marketing spends and trade investments, investments, that have significant impact on profits, need to be aligned and approved with next level of management.
